Leaking Kitchen faucet

Has anyone had problems with this? I have an 05 3255 RL and everytime you turn the faucet on it leaks water on the counter top. I think it needs a washer or new cartridge but don't have avy literature on what brand the faucet is.
Thanks for any assistance. Denis

Take it apart, take the washer to the hardware store and find one like it. There aren't that many different kind. If you have to replace the faucet, it isn't that big of a deal. I (female) have done it before. And then you could get one that has the spray that comes out. This like many other things is much like living in a stick house, there are little maintenance things that pop up all the time.
Happy trails...................

Hi Guys,

Had to replace ours about 2 mos. ago. The orignal was all plastic internally. There was a crack inside which caused the leak. No easy way of fixing it, so stopped at Camping World for a new one. The replacement has brass internals. Cost was about $30. Easy to change out.

Happy Camping

These are pretty much like regular home faucets until you get into the plumbing line connections. I am sure that any home center or hardware store would have the fix. Best of luck!

This gives you the perfect opportunity to do this. The pull out sprayer and hand soap dispenser are a huge improvement over the OEM cheapo.

Sherry,

Ours drips a couple of drips after I shut it off. I brought this to the dealers attention more than once and was told this is normal. Ours only drips a few times and then stops. If it becomes a real problem with a constant drip we will replace ours.

Don,

Mariana hasn't seen that faucet photo yet, but when she does, she'll be off to Lowe's.

Actually this faucet comes on sale quite often at our Canadian Tire hardware stores and it sells for 69 bucks Can. We liked it so much we put one in our stick house too. They are called Peerless.

I had to enlarge the centre hole a wee bit and I used a semi-round course file and it was real quick and easy to do. Any plumbing shop has the adaptor fittings to use and this is a real simple way to improve your kitchen sink. It is so nice to rinse the dishes with the sprayer and I also pull out the spout and use it to fill the coffee machine and tea kettle. Very slick.

Looks just like the one that came standard in our Big Sky.
