Leaving the valley

We are leaving the RGV this Friday (3rd). Larry & I want to thank all the MOC members that we have had the privilege to meet, spend time with, and to those who put their time and energy into organizing our get togethers, thank you very much! We had an incredible 2 months that went way too fast. We will be heading first to New Mexico and Arizona to see friends, and on to CA.to spend time with my parents and other relatives. Our plans are to be back home in NE. by May for a grandsons high school graduation. Larry & LaVonne

Larry and LaVonne, it was great to meet you and we wish you safe travels. Let us know what you find to do in the Southwest as that may be on our route next year.

Well it was a pleasure to meet you two as well. You sound like you have your time well planned-out for the next few months with lots of road to cover. Travel safely, and we hope your travels are trouble-free.

Larry and Lavonne ... I'm so glad we had the opportunity to meet you and at least spend a little time with you. A little birdy told me you guys were quite successful in the recent dance contests! Sounds like you had a ball.

Safe travels and hope we see you down the road ...

Safe travels, Larry and LaVonne! As Vicki said, we very much enjoyed meeting you both at Bastrop and here in the Valley. I hope you got the water heater problem fixed? Been meaning to call and ask but I kept forgetting.

If your plans change again and you end up going to Elephant Butte anyhow, we'll arrive there 3/9 and leave 3/11.

Have an enjoyable and safe trip.

Thanks for all the very nice replies in regards to us leaving the valley. Had we only known that we would run into snow and cold weather, we would have stayed another month! We are in Selma CA. enjoying time with my parents and many relatives. Our plans are to leave week after Easter and then heading for NE. with sightseeing on the way.

Steve, we think we have the hot water heater fixed. Larry took it all apart, cleaned the burner tube and no problems since, thanks for your concern, safe travels to you also and to all other MOC members traveling.

LaVonne & Larry
