My dealer really tried.

My dealer really tried to get all my issues resolved. He ordered all the new appliances to restore the unit after my electrical catastrophe. He installed the new TV in the bedroom. He installed the DVD and it lasted a whole 5 minutes. He then installed another and it is still working. On switching the wiring over from the old DVD to the new, He discovered the surround sound was wired up all wrong at the factory. That is now working properly.

Then there is the Dometic Microwave/converter. It took two techs and a lot of grunting and sweat to get it installed. Then they tested it and found that the new one did not work. The light, the fan, the timer all worked but not the microwave. The service manager was non-plussed by it all.

I could wait no longer in Grain Valley, but had to get on the road. We had already waited two weeks for the parts to arrive. The SM quizzed me about our schedule and made calls to help me develop a plan for getting a new one installed in Gillette, WY. Now we have an appointment on the 24th, the day before the beginning of our Escapade Rally.

All that to say my dealer (Lifestyle RVs), Dometic and Eastside RV have all worked together to get that new microwave/convection oven to us and installed while we are on the move.

Stiles, I very heartily agree with your assessment of Lifestyles RV. Jim, the service manager, is a big factor in our past decision to buy our current Montana from them. We also bought the prior one from them. We've also found Barry, the owner, and Pete, our salesman, to be excellent. They took care of our broken spring hanger yesterday (arranged to have it repaired) and are working with Keystone/Lippert on the warranty issue on that. They also diagnosed our dead refrigerator and ordered parts for it. Excellent dealership. For those unfamiliar with Lifestyles, it used to be Naylor RV in Kansas City, MO. Now in Grain Valley, MO as Lifestyles RV.
