Converter Update

Took the trailer to Suncoast RV in Pinellas Park today and they found the problem with my converter, once they found the converter. It's no wonder I've been through 2 batteries in 18 months...one of the two 30A shovel fuses in the back of the converter was not seated in the converter problem and was not completing the circuit. Therefore, the only recharging I was getting was the natural chemical action of the battery and maybe some intermittent charging from the converter when the fuse touched the receptacles. The good news is, they charged Keystone since it was a Mfg/QC problem. Seems like they would check this before it leaves the factory.

just is amazing how many quality control problems there are with all RV's, I won't single out Montana's on this one. No matter who you talk to ,any brand, they all have had some sort of problem with their new unit, from simple to extreme.
