John,
Nice installation. Since I keep the Monty in my barn, I just drain the lines and blow them out. I don't use any pink stuff. I see where you can get at your valves. With the television above the washer in my 2009, I don't have as much room as you do. I leave the valves shut off unless we're doing wash. That way, there is no water pressure in the washer all the time.

Great job! you do quality work John. You must have a thick stack of 'Brownie points' with the DW.
We winterize with running the Pink stuff through the washer so we get it in the pump. Put it in, then force the drain, it will pump out any water with the Pink stuff.

Thanks Ozz,

That worked perfectly. Hooked up the compressor to set the washer to rinse til all the water blew out then set to drain, and added pink stuff.

We have a Splendide combo and love it. It doesn't matter what you buy but we feel a vented modle helps keep the moister out of the unit.
