I don't think it's debris in the ducting. It's poor design. just not enough air flow to the vents farthest away from the FURANCE.....and having addition heat vented into the basement sure does not help. JMO

Rodney, our 2001 and 2003 Montanas had airflow like yours. Very little upstairs. Adjustable vents helped. This 2007, however, has the furnace located between upstairs and downstairs. It gets way too hot upstairs. We have an adjustable vent closed down as tight as I can get it and also then had to insert foamboard in the vent to block off 2/3 of the opening. And it still gets warm up there. I think if I can't have it "just right" as it comes from the factory, I prefer to deal with cooling it down rather than trying to figure out how to get it warmer up there. In winter, anyhow.
