Faulty DVD player
We picked up our first Montana a few months ago at Webb's RV in Bangor, Maine. While on an extended camping trip up in Canada, the supplied DVD player went on the fritz. When we complained about it to Webb's, they confirmed that this item was bad in a good many Montana's sold this year. They replaced it with a brand new one with no questions asked. I have been happy with the service that our rig has had from Webb's and the personal attention and care they have shown toward us. Anyone else had trouble with the supplied electronics in your Montana?

We replaced the DVD player just about before we got the trailer, " well a few weeks after anyways".
There is a lot of good electronics out there at some good prices.

17 Months into ownership. We are longtimers so we use everything in the 3400. We have had problems but the OEM sound system works fine..that is after we connected all the loose or not connected speaker wires...

I'm hoping that the player that they replace this one with works well. They are cheap enough, certainly, and if it isn't to our liking we'll just go ahead and buy another one to put in it.

Took delivery of our rig last Friday and took her on a shake-down cruise the next day. The DVD sound system worked during the walk-through, but the video feature and disk player wouldn't work during the shake-down. Stopped by the dealer on the way home. Was told of one owner who went through 8 DVD players in one year. They gave us a new one in the box and told us to drop the old off the next time we are in town.

I have gone through 3 in 6 months. Keystone just sent me a different model complete with better speakers.

I have replaced 4 dvd players and it still isn't fixed. The fireplace is just below and I think it is the heat. I don't know how to vent it though.
