Headed to the RGV
We will be leaving Shreveport, LA tomorrow for a few days at the RV Ranch south of Ft. Worth. From there is will be on to San Antonio and on in to the RGV. We will be staying the at the Bentsen Palm Village from Jan 5th till Apr. 5th. Marge

we are all but packed and will start winterizing the house in a few hours. bikes are loaded on front of GMC,

There is going to be a traffic jam of Montanas on 281 heading south to RGV! We should be there soon too. Travel safely everyone.

We're heading for Fort Worth on Thursday for a late Christmas celebration with our granddaughters. Then we head for Victoria Palms RV Park on Jan 8 for arrival on the tenth. Can't wait to meet everyone!

John and Marge, we arrive at BPV the same day as you. So we may see you on the road on the way down. John and Donna, I think you arrive the 7th, if I recall. We'll be there the 5th. Leaving Independence, MO, on Monday. Judy and Glen, no doubt we'll see you in the valley, too. Al and Carol, we're on the same ring and you'll already be there.

Can I come to? It has been cold and rainy almost the entire month of Dec, and the month of November never got warmer than 25 degrees, I am ready for some months of sun and warm weather.

John and Marge, we look forward to meeting you, too, and we're sorry we didn't cross paths here at RV Ranch. It's a nice park. Just so the wildfires don't get here. They're predicting more wind for this weekend.
Steve and Vicki, I know you'll be glad to leave the cold behind. The temp is 68' here in Fort Worth already and should be even warmer in the Valley.
Safe travels to everyone who is traveling. There are plenty of RVs on the road, most heading south.

We will leave from San Antonio and arrive at BPV also on the 5th. We want to stay long to meet everyone and see the show. Looking forward to it. We will then head west for Yuma on the 14th. Les and Sue  [

WE arrived at 2:30 this afternoon, sunny and warm. Very nice. We are pleased with our site here at the Bentson Palms Village. Have to say right now, the wifi is moving a bit slow. Not sure why. Mary (of Countryfolks) was up getting her mail and saw the Stevens' in the hot tub! Did not even set up everything, the pool and hot tub were more important! HA HA
See ya all soon! Some nice improvements here in the BPV since last year (we heard about them, have not seen them yet, tomorrow we will).
