Rain and Safe Rides

It has been raining and raining here in the ole MOC circle, or the remnants thereof.

Several pickups have been stuck or almost stuck in the soft muck. To my knowledge no rigs have been getting stuck getting from the circle to the road.

CountryGuy looked at our situation, and we are here for a while. Believe we cannot get Jolly under Tana to hookup as there is a HUGE pile of sand at just that perfect spot!

Soooo, you might look for us to still be here next January for the Rally????

Safe rides to the many that left today.

Oh no! Stay safe you two! I hate mud more than snow! I hope you don't get stuck!

Had to use four wheel drive just to go out to dinner tonight (their rebuilding the parking lot and so it's all mud). We had an inch and a half today with more predicted tomorrow and Monday. Are you sure we're not with the group in Florida? I though AZ was supposed to be dry!

Sorry nunya, NOT interested! LOL

Record setting amount of rain it was! WOW!

Today, breezy, lots o sun, we are gonna try a pullout in a few hours. Others have been getting out. Only slight concern is that pile of sand under Tana's nose that we need to get into with Jolly to have a marriage ceremony!

We got out fine. Woot!!! The sand way up in front of Tana was soft and we did make a dent or two lining up. Otherwise it was good. We did back out into the fire pit area where there was a lot of stone and the puddles were dried up. We learned from the experience. No harm. No damage. Total success.
