You might check this gas line and bolt
I found this bolt rubbing the gas line on my Montana, it was under the slide on the Kitchen side. I just adjusted the line and secured it so it wouldn't rub. (It's not your glasses, it was a little out of focus.)

Ozz, good catch. This kind of manufacturing mishap could cause serious problems later. And of course the warrenty would probably be expired by then. Thanks for the heads up.
MERRY CHRISTMAS,
KT

Good catch Ozz and thanks for the alert! Looks like a flex line ... do you know if this line location is model specific? I didn't think I had any flex gas line under the big slide on my 3150RL since my kitchen is not on the slide.

When I moved my gas line, I found one of the flex lines resting against a metal strap. It's worth a look to make sure nothing is rubbing. It's easier to move than to repair. Since these rigs are mobile, checking periodically doesn't hurt.

We had the same issue with our 07. Used foam pipe insulation tubing and duct tape to keep the them separated and from chaffing. Just another example of the lack of quality control on the manufacturing line.

Being an "old" helicopter guy, checking for loose or chafing Hyd, elctrical or gas lines/wires is a forever event. Miss something and life can get to be a "high adventure". I check daily on my walk/crawl around inspection and at home station it gets an indepth look.

I found several places where the wires/lines have been rubbing together. Rather than adjust a line, I carry a couple of pieces of old hose with us. I cut a piece of hose to fit the rub, with some over hang, and strap tie it in place.

Good catch Ozz. I disagree with you on the focus of the picture. That is exactly how things look to me when I get close to them without my rreading glasses on.
