How do I get repairs made under 12 year EPDM roof warranty?

My unit is 4 years old. Roof was replaced by dealer 2 years ago by dealer. The roof has failed again and Montana said they wouldn't help with the repairs since the dealer replaced the roof last time.

Jetson, what exactly is the problem with the roof? I'm just wondering how it is failing every two years. I believe the 12 year warrantly only applies to the rubber roofing material. If I remember correctly from other posts about this, and someone correct me here if I am mistaken, the 12 year warrantly won't cover labor associated with intallation either. If you find that is the case and the dealer or Keystone won't pay, maybe you could file an insurance claim depending upon what the problem is.

On the 07s, the warranty is 12 years for the Brite-Ply membrane material and a five year labor warranty 'against premature deterioration to the point of failure because of weathering if properly maintained'...whatever that means.

My roof has pit marks in it at 2 years old. factory said it will not cover it what did they do for you ?
