Chemicals in Blackwater Tank

We haven't traveled in the 5th Wheel since we got back from Florida in April. We are now about to take a trip to Maine. I can't remember if I added chemicals to the blackwater tank or not after emptying it. Is there any harm in adding a second dose of chemicals to the tank?
