"ANOTHER" SAGGING FLOOR

It seems that all my threads start out with "Another" as my problem is one I have read about before on this forum.
Checking out the unit for a short trip and noticed a soft or spongey area in the dinning room area.It is only evident when the slide is out.
I know I have read threads on this same problem and could not find any through a search. Would appreciate any input on what has been done to resolve or fix this.
Seems to me that someone suggested that they slid a 1/2" sheet of plywood under the carpet.
Would appreciate any input on this.
Thanks,
Al Olson aka/Kountry Traveler
