Thanks to John Kohl!
My Porter Cable pancake compressor decided to hiss at me at the Central States Rally. The drain valve wouldn't seal. Took it apart and it had a bad O ring. I didn't have one the right size so I went over and asked John if he did. John didn't have one either, but suggested I replace the whole valve with a radiator drain valve. Once he mentioned it I remembered that that's what my large Craftsman used when I had a stick house. Went to NAPA today and got a radiator drain valve, no more air leaks and now it's metal to metal so no more O rings either. Thanks John!
