Remote Light dimmer for Tv watching

Today while Sue was making some yummy Hamburgler soup, I wired in a remote control dimmer switch for a 120 volt overhead light by the table.
I got the switch at Lowe's in Colorado. At night we like indirect dim lights while watching the tube. Got the remote model so I don't have to get up!
If I have to read the Tv Guide, or use the phone, we can just remote the light intensity up.

You the man Ozz!

Those things are cool- I just posted putting one on the wall for the fan light. I said it was romantic ! Kinda like your overhead track lights.

Ozz,
You have to back up a few days in the Active Topic Since to Oct 9. It's called "Dimmers Just For Fun". I put my midturn lights up too on the same day.

I used a shallow electrical box for the walls and as you can see, the dimmer takes up almost 90% of that space! Tight squeeeeeeeze to get in all in there.
