television problem

Mont HC 2014. Park cable hooked to top connector in convenience center has worked fine until 3 days ago. Pulled in, hooked up, only 2-3 blurry channels on living room tv,bdrm tv worked fine. Pulled and tightened every connector I could access, living room still no good. Ran cable from bdrm. to living room tv, worked fine. Booster not on. Where do I access other connections, splitter, etc. to check. Other suggestions solicited.

On my 2014 Monty the tv connections behind the Living Room TV were mislabeled. The OTA antenna and Cable come in via one of the coaxial cables and the one labeled Cable was really the Satellite connecting to the Convention Center.

Sounds like a new site, did you try connecting up to an adjacent site? We are currently in Jamestown va hooked up by splitter to the neighbors pedestal for cable because pedestal connection on our site is dead.

One thing you might check is the connector in your convenience center. Mine were crap and had to be replaced.

Hi

If you have the crank up antenna on the roof make sure the boost is turned off.

Now ask me how I know

For some time there were many complaints that the ends on the coax were of poor quality. That was true on our 2006. I changed the ends on my coax cables with good compression connectors. Remember at every face plate you have a coax on the back as well as the front. Have not had a problem since. Jim
