Larry, Enjoy! DW and I leased a lot for a year here http://topsailsoundrvpark.com/ yesterday. CG is a quarter mile from the inter-coastal waterway, on high ground, and should do just fine while I recover from the foot drop. Enjoy the new rig and our prayers are still being sent to your wonderful wife and yourself. Son doing OK?
