Montana 3121RL Residential Fridge (Samsung) Icemaker

Help! I have read several threads about ice maker supply line valve locations and have found only one under the sink on our 3121. I have checked in the bottom of the pantry on the right of the fridge, even checking the hot water tank area. I cannot find any other valve. The setting on the fridge is correct, however no water to the ice maker. Does anyone have any knowledge where another valve might be on the 3121RL. Thank you in advance for any help!

I have a 3921FB with residential refrigerator and my second water valve is behind the drawer under the stove. If your Furrion Oven has a drawer under it, pull drawer out and check there. Hope this helps.

Even after you find it, you will have to cycle the icemaker via a push switch under front of icemaker unit lots of times until water gets dumped into the ice bin.

Thank you both for your replies, I will check tonight. I have yet to find the switch under the ice maker, I'll have my daughter try to find it, my xxxl hands have a hard time in small places.

I was never able to locate that switch either. I just got water to the ice maker and let it cycle for a solid day , then dumped bin and cleaned it out and returned it to location. Haven't had any issues yet with the ice maker.

Well after all the suggestions the valve was not located behind the drawer beneath the oven lol. It was located behind a panel you must remove in the kitchen cabinet to the left of the oven. Once I found it, and turned the water supply on....you guessed it, the supply line compression fitting was loose and leaked. Why they don't pressure test their plumbing at the factory is beyond me. I had a Winnebago Bounder for several years it came with a wonderful leather bound manual that was tabbed for easy reference and it made any situation that came up relatively easy to research or find a solution to, Montana should follow their lead.

In Sep. purchased 3121 rl. Found low water valve uneven sink looks like white water drain toward rear. Owned 3500 Rl for 9 years Winterization was simple. However, EZ winterization is not sucking antifreeze like my 3500, got me stumped today. I asked dealer and Keystone rep about cycling antifreeze thru ice maker and both said wouldn’t hurt anything even though owner book says don’t do that.

I feel your pain. I had a similar issue with my 2018 3121RL that I purchased new. Mine did not make ice as I was doing a trail run on everything as my dealer was not very knowledgeable and the walk through was very quick. I returned it to the dealer and claimed warranty. They kept it 3 months and told me Keystone failed to connect the waterline to my residential refrigerator. They still could not tell me where the valve is located. I just know it works.
