You could be right on the idea of being stolen because there is absolutely no reason for any dealer to not supply monitors they have in their possession and have a file cabinet full of them. Perhaps the dealer read the brochure literally and didn"t realize the full extent of the theft. Just makes no sense, so let's not paint the dealer in a bad light at this point.

I do still wonder though if the new legacy units going forward only have the bracket and wiring installed and this is now an option to help justify the inflated cost of the Legacy package. Time will tell.

Unfortunately it was a 1/2" too big to fit in the opening behind the fireplace so they had to take one from another unit.
I guess I'm just cynical, but why then did they give you the run-around and 2-3 different stories?😤 I'm glad you got to the bottom of it.

I think the salesman legitimately believed that the 3710 was prepped for the camera, but it was not included. The service guys believed that there was a way to get the camera to work on the trucks display. As with most dealerships, sales, financing and service seldom work together. One passes you along to the next.

The observation camera display was located under the stove, in the drawer, where Montana put it. The drawer was very sticky so we thought it was a fake. The dealer figured it out.
