3811ms

New to the forum and learning a lot about Montana's. We have been looking at several models and really like the 3811MS. A deal breaker could be the fixtures in the shower above the seat. This looks like it could be a nuisance when sitting on the seat. Wondering if anyone has an opinion based on experience with this model.

This model is on our shortlist also. Like you, I find it odd. Haven't figured out why Keystone did not swap the seat to the opposite side. It is that way in other models, so there must be a reason they did that way. Should be easy for them to install a mirror image fiberglass enclosure but keep the shower head where it is, if there is a reason for it to be there. The drain is in the center so that won't interfere with such a swap. A 3810MS owner I'm in contact with is not reporting any issues so far with the shower head/seat location.

Love ours! We have had no issues with the seat/shower. Works great! The 3811ms floor plan is excellent and fits our needs; we had the dealer install the side by side washer and dryer before taking delivery (soon to be full timing). With the seat at the front you may be able to sit and still be under the running water without having to hold the shower head? It's just a matter of adjusting to it.

Our 3811 is at the dealer waiting to be picked up. When we visited the factory we asked to have the shower head placed opposite of the seat, they said no problem.

We have the 3810 and love it. I’m not crazy about the quality of the bth/kitchen fixtures and plan to upgrade.

3811MS Shower

I absolutely LOVE my 3811. The shower in my unit has a lot of shelves. I am not crazy about them but they don't bother me. I don't have a tremendous of shampoo and stuff like that. So, I have plenty of room.

Unless you have 2 people in the shower at the same time. Then they are a head bump hazard. But hey, team showers save water!

Oh, I LOVE the triple slider door! It is very easy to clean and plenty of room to get in and out of.
