It helps to know what model you have. What is the problem you've experienced?

It's very simple. Put the landing gear down so you and disconnect from the truck. Move the truck a ways away from the rig and press auto level and stand back and watch the rig do its thing.

Or better yet take it back to the dealer and have them walk you though the system. What they should have done in the first place.

When we first got ours, I held the manual in my hand and went step by step. Got pretty easy quickly. One thing I learned the hard way, the front must be raised high enough at start so the front legs can drop fully and then extend during auto level.

Turn the unit on then push and hold the button down that says front. Hold that down until the front jacks go down and lifts the truck enough to unhook. Move the truck forward so it is completely out from under the trailer. Then just push the auto level button.

The important thing everyone left out, The trailer MUST be nose high prior to beginning Auto Level. Be sure your pickup is well away because sometimes the front will come waaay down to start.

Assume your system works like my hydraulic auto level system. Power on system, hit up arrow then enter key to get to manual mode. Then you can hold front button to lower the landing gear to start the process of unhook in from tow vehicle. The lighted led on panel tell you what part of trailer is low. When truck is clear of trailer, you can go into auto level mode by powering system off, then back on and hit auto level button. OR you can continue by doing a manual level by hitting rear button and holding to lower rear jacks. Once all jacks down, hit and hold appropriate button to make the "low" led indicators go out.

Auto Leveling System

If you go to You Tube there are several videos on how to use your 6 point leveling system.
