Wanted to Share What our Dealer Did for Us

As you may know from another post, I slipped and fell on a patch of ice in early March. I can't do too much except let the bone mend, that includes driving! Our 2015 3440RL is going out of warranty on April 2, 2016. There were a few lingering things I wanted to get adjusted and looked at before the warranty expired. I also had winter covers on both air conditioners. What to do?

I called my dealer, North Point RV, they are about 15 miles from where we live in NW Wisconsin. I talked to the sales manager, Don, and told him my situation, he said he would talk to Randy the service manager and get back to me. Within an hour, Randy got back to me, told me to email him my laundry list of things to do. Next day they send one of their techs to pick up the camper and bring it back to the dealership. They did everything, including fill the LP for me. Yesterday they brought back the Montana, parked it exactly as I had it in the driveway. All they charged me for was 12 gallons of LP!

Now isn't that just some wonderful help! I was so thankful. I called Paul who is the dealership manager/owner and thanked him from the bottom of my heart.

This knee problem has really opened my eyes that there are still from very thoughtful people out there. I hope when I can walk once again, I can help out someone in need,

Just wanted to share this with you all.

It is great to have a dealer that is good to work with. I believe my home dealer would also do the same. Hope you heal quick and can get on the road again soon.

Our little local dealer owner drove over 50 miles each way last week to service a camper he had sold. He has 16 great reviews on the RV review web site. The big national dealer in our town has 9 poor reviews and over 50 complaints a couple years ago to the BBB. Wonder which one I should deal with???

How nice to hear of a dealership doing the extra effort to help their customers. I can only hope some others hear about this and start following your dealerships lead.

The world still has a lot of good people in it. Unfortunately we only seem to hear about the ones that are not. One more for the good guys.
