Little black spots on Monty?

I have tiny black spots on one side of my Monty and cannot seem to get them off with washing and waxing. They are probably insect residue (poop) and I can get the raised part off, but each spec leaves a small spot or ring. What is the best way to get them off without ruining the fiberglass?
Thanks
James, Jan and Zoe Lee
