No 12 Volt Power

Help, we do not have 12 volt power although we are connected to shore power. We have a Xantrex True ChargeRM Convertor according to Montana. Trying to trace the problem as don't want to spend the night without lights.

Thanks, Judy

Is the red 12v master switch on...turned 90* to the right? In the 3400 it's in the outside cabinet where the water connects.

As Hooker states, check your battery disconnect switch first.

I don't have a master switch, but unless it disconnects AC from the converter, I don't see where it would matter in this case. IIRC, the converters will supply 12VDC without the battery connected. I would be suspect of the breaker to the converter, or the output fuses. Some converters actually have the fuses mounted on the converter.

You might also check the breaker, in the electrical panel, marked "Converter" to make sure it hasn't tripped.
