TimButterfield, it turns out that the rubber is available in formulas that correspond to load ranges. The rubber in the pinbox that's provided to Keystone is suited to the maximum load rating of the pinbox, which makes sense. But, if the actual load on the pinbox is significantly less, as ours is, then the softer rubber can be used. It does feel better. But, nothing will fix the feel of the I-94 near the Detroit airport.
