Progressive industries, still great service.
Over the years, based on what I've heard here on the forum, I've told folks to buy Progressive for their EMS needs. Well I can now state that from personal experience. After 8 years of full timing, two saves for open ground, one save for high voltage and several shut offs for low voltage my portable 50amp EMS bit the dust. Warranty service is now on line. I went on line and filed a claim (picture of both ends of the unit and the receipt) and recieved an email that my new unit was being shipped the next business day.
