Well I just go home after being gone for a few days to check my email!!
To my surprize there was one from the General Manager of Montana!
He had read my postings about my A/C problem and wants me to call him!!!
Fellow Montana owners this is GREAT NEWS! They do seem to care, and they are reading your messages!!!!
I think that this is a great step for the company and I want to be one of the first to tell them thanks!!!
I will be talking to Jeff in the next day or 2 about the problem which I had, and about some of their repair facilities which have huge problems with customer service. It is these repair facilities which take some of the weight off of Montana, and some of them cause unnecessary problem for Montana. I know about customer service since I have run an automotive center for the past 13 years, in a small town that relies on repeat customers.
Again I commend MONTANA for reading these problems along with some of the fixes that we the owners come up with that not only help us and them also.
