Pressure on Chocks

Hello Everyone
This is such a wonderful place for information, can someone tell me how much pressure to put on the chocks? I sure don't want to put too much and the box that they come in doesn't say anything about it, Too much might be as bad as not enought. Thanks to you all....

Linda
