Hook up the HD TV!

Keystone,
Like the new flat screen HD TV that came in our 07 3000RK. FOund out from the forum that the Wineguard Antenna will pick up HD signals too. However to "VIEW" HD programs (at least on the VIEWSONIC TVs) there is a second coax cable input on the back of the tv that leads to the HD tuner. Once I knew it was there it was a simple matter to put a splitter in and run a cable to BOTH coax inputs. Cost was around $5 to me, should be a lot less to you and makes a HUGE difference in percieved value. After all what good is having the HD TV and an antenna that can pick it up if you can't watch it?

Bill

Bill I had a splitter in the house so I made to short cables and hooked up to the two inputs and found some HD channels in the Ferndale, Wa. area. Thanks for the info, it is a good option if you can't get satellite.

Don,
I agree. The most expensive parts of what is needed to be able to easily enjoy HD TV is in place. Not adding in the splitter and two short cables (
