Switch off fridge let it defrost. Take the moulding off the back wall off the fridge "Twin Cooling" all the fins are there, get 2 pieces of copper wire and twist couple of ins long around the heater and place them down into the drain. The drain is freezing up not allowing the defrost water to drain.I did this some time ago, trying to recall.

Thank you Routemaster for the information
I will try that in a couple days when I get back in town.
Routemaster the defrost water goes down the drain pipe to wear?

When we found water in the bottom of the fridge it turned out that the tray that catches the accumulated water and funnels it outside had pulled away from the back wall. Pushed it in and all was fine. You might want to check that first as it is a little easier.

You didn't mention if you had a residential fridge or not, but mine is the residential Samsung and it has an ice maker. Not sure how much water you are getting but you may want to take a look at your Ice maker connections. I had a minor loose connection on mine that cause a similar problem

I have an issue similar to this issue with our fridge in our S&B. I think the next time I have it out (painting the kitchen soon) I will see if this is possible on our unit

First of all I would like to thank all of you for your replys.
I have the Samsung residence refrigerator
3 doors with freezer on the bottom ice maker in the freezer model number RF197ACRS.

I went to Samsung's website and this is what information they give.

Water Leaks or a Sheet of Ice Forms Under the Vegetable/Crisper Drawers
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00079172/

I also went to the website appliance repair lesson.com.
Here they tell you how to fix and correct the problem.

Samsung Refrigerator Leaking Into Crisper Drawer/Floor – ApplianceRepairLesson.com
http://www.appliancerepairlesson.com/2013/12/13/samsung-refrigerator-leaking-into-crisper-drawer/

Again I like to thank everyone for their replys
