Since I can’t start a thread I’ll ask my question here. I have read that a 50 amp RV is fed by two 120v legs coming in. So if you only have a 30 amp feed coming in what is not powered in trailer? Only one AC and what else is powered?

If you use the 30A plug you have to manage the load manually.
You will need to know what is turned on. For example your power panel converter is always on and draws several amps. You can only turn on one or two items at a time. As long as you know how much each draws it's easy to manage.
RV electrical wiring....
RVs use 50 amp NEMA 14-50r outlet, BUT they use two 120v legs. NOT 240v.
Very good article explaining this.
