Recliner Quit Working

I have a 2018 HC 345RL. I have the electric theater recliner. One side quit working. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked for awhile. Now it doesn't do anything.
Has anyone come across this before and what was done to correct it.

While ours was still under warranty Keystone replaced the cup holder and brain box located under the failed seat. Since you’re asking I assume your unit is out of warranty. Did you purchase an extended service contract? You can exchange the cup holder and or brain box from the working one to possible decipher what failed.

Mine is still under warranty. Just checking if it was something I could take care of.
