Broken Living Room Slide
Went to an RV rally on Wednesday and when setting up the large slide on our unit wouldn't go out. The bracket holding the push rod broke. We packed up and hit the road, traveling into Hiawatha, IA to visit my favorite RV dealer. Arrived at 6:00 PM and they put us up in back, gave us electric and we spent the night. The next day they put our unit in and began the repair. They worked all day and set us up outside that night and finished the job Friday morning. Total cost was $523. We have the Good Sam CSP with $200 deductible. Money well spent. Job well done. I've always said that it pays to pay a little more for a unit when you have a dealer who gives good service. Can anybody guess what the name of the dealer is?
