Repair in Flagstaff, AZ

I recommend that anyone having problems with their Montanas in the Flagstaff area get to Buddy's Welding and RV Repair. This is a family business that prides itself in service to its customers.

We found the brake controller sending us error msgs and we pulled into Buddy's at 10:45 on 4/06/09. Telling us it would be at least until 2 before he could tell us what would be needed to be done with the thought the brakes would need to be replaced we left the Monty and hit some tourist sites. Buddy assured us that we would be on the road today. We got back at about 3:45 and at 4:15 we would on the road.

Unfortunately about 15 minutes later while talking about the great service noticed one brake smoking badly. Called Buddy and he came out and corrected the problem. Seems that the bolts were tightened too much and sheared. He had to replace the brake plate. We are now on our way again. The next morning after stopping in Cameron, AZ we hit the road again with not problems. Shortly the phone rang and it was Buddy calling to see if we were ok and having no problems. Now that is Customer Service. If we are ever in the Flagstaff area I will stop in just to say hi.
