Great Service Fantastic Vent!

In the RV service industry, there are so many stories about shoddy work poor service and faulty equipment. When a company like Fantastic Vent does a good deed, I believe they should get the recognition and praise they deserve.

We had a broken lifter arm on our Fantastic Vent. I called the company. I was immediately transfered to the customer service rep (fast). He asked me for the year and type of RV I owned. He then asked me for a mailing address.

There was no mention of cost at all. Three days later I had the part and a well written color instruction sheet.

We are happy campers!

They have great customer service and I believe these fans are warranty for as long as you own the rv.

People we were staying with in Colorado 3 weeks ago had a vent cover broken by hail. He called Fantastic Vent and same thing happened, cover on the way and not a word about money. Why can't everyone be like this?

Last year we had our FF quit lifting on us. I gave them a call and was immediately transfered to CS. Same thing then as the others..... The guy knew immediately what was wrong. Asked me the type of trailer and the color of the fan.... said I'd have the replacement part in a few days. Three days later got all the parts with good instructions and not a cent! Not even shipping charges! These people know how to do it right!

Just finished dealing with FF on an issue and they were MORE than gracious with materials and speed. Terrific people to deal with.

Purchased our 5th with a broken vent. Called customer service to try to troubleshoot the problem and had nothing but great service. Had a tech man walk me through testing the electronics and even sent me the wiring diagram. After repairing the electrical portion he sent me a new lifting mechanism to replace the one the old owner had ripped off in a wind storm. All for free. Hard to beat that for customer service.

I want to thank Simonsrf for e mailing me the phone number for Fantastic Fan. Last year ours quit working so we just did not deal with it. ( We only use the Monte 2 months in the summer) So here we are in the Monte for the summer and I read the post-- - called the Fantastic Fan company and they are GREAT. Got a box today with all kind of stuff in it including a new wall board-- All for Free-- So now to get it together and working again!

Our motor mounts broke. Emailed and had a new one, including new motor and fan with return shipping label four days later. While installing, found cracks in the dome. Emailed - four days later it arrived. No charge, nothing but pleasant. I made a suggestion on an engineering change and they said they would pass it along to the engineering department. Great people.
