Phantom switch
On my new 2009 3455SA (which I took delivery of today)... I've got an on/off (wall) switch on the rear wall of the rear, driver side slide (TV/fireplace slide) that seems to control absolutely nothing! Any idea what it might be?

jlandis, if there is a light under the cabinet above the desk it should be for that, the bulb may not be good, I have had to change most of my can fixture bulbs. Just a thought as I had the same problem until I pulled the bulb and found that it was toasted... Dave

We will be taking delivery of our 3455SA on Monday and I will try to remember to ask what it is for. We did not order the fireplace so if it is to switch between the micro and fireplace, we will not have it.

Yep.....that's it! It was one of the first things we tried when we did our PDI and the light over the TV came on. We are making our way back to Washington state after staying in the new rig for the last 2 nights at Walnut Ridge's campground. Tonight we are in Newton, IA.....on to S. Dakota tomorrow and spending the night at Al's Oasis just outside of Chamberlain. Loving the new 3455SA
