Norcold Fridge Temperature

We have a 2020 3129rl with the Norcold fridge. Our setting is 6, but that always leaves the ice cream in the freezer too soft. When we increase to 7, the veggies in the fridge freeze. Is there a way to make the freezer colder without making the lower area freeze?

Maybe try moving the fridge temperature sensor on the fins in the back to the bottom of the fin?

You might try a fan inside the fridge. This company makes fan systems for various fridges. I put one in our Dometic to help keep our fridge more efficient and help eliminate freezing veggies in the bottom drawers
