My "ultimate" flagpole

Well, Branson sure knows how to put on the show for Veteran's. As part of the festivities, I wanted to improve on my li'l flagpole. I had several requirements.

*It had to hold more than one flag.
*It had to keep flags untangled.
*It needed to be sturdy.
*It needed to be small enough to haul.
*It needed to be flexible in the wind.
*It needed to be cheap.

Here's what I came up with...so far, it's withstood 35 mph winds. It rotates in the wind and it's very sturdy. A 36" masonry stake (3/4") is in the ground, the flagpole is pvc, but has pvc reducer bushings on each end, which fits the 3/4 metal conduit inside...which fits over the masonry stake. Total cost was about 38 bucks, holds 3 flags. I can add a "tee" to it, and actually put our welcome sign on that if I want. Hope you like it.
Oops...forgot. Not in the pics, but I added a small solar powered led spotlight to the top of the center pole which shines nicely on the American flag at night..and turns with it too.

That looks like it will work great. I have been trying to come up with one for two flags and now I know what I need to do. Thanks Wild Horse.

That's pretty cool looking and thanks for lighting up the flag as it is supposed to lighted anytime it is flown at night. We light ours with 2 solar lights in the ground pointed at the flag on both sides.
