My friend, Stan

My friend, Stan, has suffered a heart attack sometime back. He and Lucy, his wife, have searched far and wide for ways to improve his condition. At 74, he is still doing engineering consults as his energy allows. He is much sought after for his expertise. So it has all come down to this. He has been placed on a heart transplant candidate list. This is a fine man, full of life and a great contributor to others.

He took time out of his busy schedule in 2007, flew with me to Toronto, picked up my truck, drove to Niagara Falls, NY, picked up my Montana, and helped me drive it back to Houston, TX to arrive just in time for the surgery required to mend the two broken bones in Dianna's left leg. We also stayed in their home until the day of surgery. Stan and Lucy hold a special place in our hearts.

I am requesting your prayers for him that God's best plan for him will materialize.
