No problems. we tow a 2005 3475 Montana with a 2005 2500HD GMC 4x4 Crew cab with a Duramax. Just downshift out of overdrive when climbing hills. Your temp might climb a bit. We put an EGT gage on ours so I can watch the exhaust temp so I don't over stress the engine. The trans stays cool with the standard trailer package.
