switch between cable and rooftop antenna?
We're in a park where cable has a station on the same channel number as it's broadcast channel. Additionally, two of these stations have their local towers on top of a nearby mountain. When on cable we're also picking up the stations through the air, which causes so much interference it's very difficult to watch. To top it off, these stations are the only stations available on cable for those networks.
To get an acceptable picture I have to disconnect the cable from the outside connector and raise the rooftop antenna. This is a real pain. If I knew how the cable wiring runs in this 3295 I'd see if I couldn't hook up a switchbox to switch from cable input to rooftop antenna input. I haven't looked very closely but am pretty sure there's just one set of coax to hook up to the tv. There's also the coax for satellite but we don't have a dish.
Has anyone hooked up a switch to determine cable or antenna input? Or does anyone know how the wiring works in this thing?
