When it comes to hearing about a slide being out of square, yes I have heard of this before maybe about 2 1/2 to 3 years ago. Since it's been a while I don't remember the cause or the fix, but I recall that someone reported one of their slides was akilter and they had to take it in to get looked at. I also don't remember the brand of trailer or in which forum I heard this.

Sorry I can't help any further than that, but just know you aren't alone, but it's rare.
