2, 3 and 14

That is the hardware in Dianna's leg. Two plates, three pins and 14 screws. Only one pin has to be removed and that happens on Thursday. She is reluctantly looking forward to this next step. It is supposed to be a quick outpatient procedure.

We took a trip from Houston to our base site in Central Texas and back, today, to get her some winter clothing. It was about 200 miles total. Since we have been confined for two months, it was a welcome relief to get out. She did great, but tired toward the end of the trip. Yesterday's doctor appointment gave us only good news.

Glad to hear all is going well.
Stiles, make sure you have the right screwdriver for all those screws. We don't want your wife to have a "screw loose" -

It's good to hear that everything is going well. What is in store after the pin removal?

The next step is to begin physical therapy. That can happen when we are able to get back into the RV and Dianna can function in it. We will then go back to central Texas and choose a therapist.

We are housed in the home of a dear friend and former member of the church where our Montana is parked. This is in the Clear Lake area of Houston.
