Landing Gear Error Message

We have an 2014 3710FL with an automatic leveling system.

Our battery died and our leveling system started to beep at us. We were told by a dealer that if we charge the battery through our truck that we should be able to clear the error message and proceed.

This happened to us before and as long as we unhooked the positive cable from the battery it would reset the system. It used to work but has not this time.

The Display reads ERROR*** Press enter to acknowledge.

When you press enter nothing happens and the beeping keeps going on.

How do we disable the beeping and address the error message?
Has anyone else had this problem?

Yup. And now the screen has gone blank. Only manual control works; no auto level. I'm really starting to hate this system.

I know you disconnected the positive battery cable, can't hurt to try disconnecting the wiring harness at the back of the display for a few minutes and reconnecting. Worst case, call lippert customer service. They talked me thru a diagnosis last winter, very helpful. Bought a replacement direct from them, easy easy install.
