Gen 2 remote question

The gen 2 remote works all systens fine except for the slide outs. I can open them with the remote but if I try to close them nothing (they close with the switch). For someone that has this system does your's close the slides. Very puzzled and also no manual. Can someone shed some light. Thanks

Mine opens and closes the hydraulic slides.

We never use our remote to open and close the slides. We do it from the inside switch. It's a lot easier to hear something crunching like an open door or something that came loose that the slide is now turning into splinters.

We don't use the remote to open or close the slides but I checked the remote and it opens and closes the slides. But for safety reasons we always use the panel control. But that remote causes me no end of grief! Again one needs an advanced college degree to figure out how it works! But I ain't complaining! Our new rig has so many great features we are just totally satisfied. Now if we can just stay health enough to get out and use it all will be fine. Happy Trails, Dennis and Mary Kay

We also always use the inside panel switch. Sharon inside operating/observing and me outside observing. Less chance of damage. That said, our remote does open/close slides.
