You just must share the good news when a company does what it should. With the help of their tech guy, I discovered that the bolt to the shock absorber piston was broken. Called back with the info and B&W has shipped a new shock absorber assembly by over night so that I can fix it and get on the road. This was done at no charge for the part and no charge for shipping. Atta boy, B&W.

They are good people there. They go above and beyond what a company should do. Saw a news report about how business is slow for them, but instead of laying people off, the owner keeps them at full pay and has them do community service projects like painting the church, fixing up playgrounds, etc.

Pretty cool.
