Ark Encounter

Any suggestions for campgrounds near the Ark Encounter in Ky? I found three listed but looking for "hands on" recommendations. Thx

When we visited the Creation Museum, (a "must see")when in the area, we stayed at the Indian Springs Campground. A nice park, GS and I think about 20 miles to the ark, which was just being started at that time. Pressure regulater required!!!!!! , North Bend, Ohio. On the Border.

Probably half an hour or so south is the Ky. Horse Park, its a state park I believe. Its flat, nice size lots, elec., water, picnic table and fire ring at site. Lots of large trees for shade, beautiful park and well maintained

Forgot about the horse park. Stayed there a couple of times. Great park.

Will have to check if they're open. March 15 seems to be the date for all sites and how ups
