Soooooo, the plan is to not let me sit and watch by hiding the preparation huh??? Guess I will have to be satisfied watching the pancakes being flipped. Of course with my newly established rally track record of keeping supervisory positions (see previous thread response where Cathy already fired me), I will probably be fired before the first pancake hits the griddle!!!

Bingo,
I think it would be a good idea to let you watch the preparation so you can be working on your plan of attack for cleaning all the griddles, pans and utensils when we're done.

Jim,
I really thought you knew me better than that. I previously mentioned about teenage daughters. Life is not all fun, games, water slides, swimming pools, and randomly firing unaimed water missiles in the form of balloons. All I have to do is to tell them they have the clean-up duty before I get fired!!! Ha Ha!!! Don't I wish!!!

We are off and runing for the Pancake Breakfast. We are going to need more breakfast items. The pancakes are covered. There are 20/21 rigs but I think we need to plan for least 55 folks. There will be some children and grandchildren included.

George - Dave Noel will help with the cooking of breakfast on Saturday morning. The Noel's will be contributing our home processed sweet Italian venison/pork sausage to the meal.
