Meant to get back with all of you, but time sort of got away from me. Based on comments from others, my own personal experience, and my paranoia about blowouts, I finally went with the LT235/85R16 E rated Michelin RIB tire. Got four of them mounted, balanced with steel valve stems for $1008 for everything, which included balancing and putting the steel valve stem in my spare. Haven't been on the road with them yet, but they look like good tires.
I also got one of the Pressure Pro systems (about six months ago) and had the sending units on the new tires when I had them balanced. We'll be heading out to Casa Grande, AZ in early January, so I think I'm all set. The Pressure Pro is a pretty nice system, though a bit quirky to get programmed right, I just got four sending units, as they are $50 each, but can add more for the TV later.
