Gettysburg

Thought I would provide some heads up to folks planing on visiting gettyburg. Have been staying at artillery ridge rv park within the battlefield. While it is close to things, there could be some distractions. 1. Sites are not especially level...probably due to it being part of the battlefield. 2. Water pressure...or a lack thereof. We routinely see our faucet produce dribbles and note that the pressure coming into the rig at only 20 psi. When sort of working it may read around 40 psi until you or someone else uses water, then it drops to 20-30 psi. As we have been here for over a week, this seems to be normal. My advice...stay at another park.

Gettysburg KOA

I have stayed at the KOA in Gettsburg several times and really liked it. Once with our 3400 and once with a tear drop.

We usually stay at Drummer Boy. It has never disappointed us.

We have stayed at that campground twice although not recently. We did not have those problems but thanks for the heads up.

We stayed there 3 times last year and didn't seem to have those issue's. Now have a seasonal spot this year for the first time at Drummer Boy Campground and really like it.
